We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic PPC Marketing Specialist to be a part of our paid marketing team and help support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate has experience in managing paid SEM/PPC marketing campaigns from analytics and planning to execution and optimization. They must also possess a high degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and with current and future partners. He / She must have the ability to dive deep into the KPIs and leverage big data sets to drive actionable marketing strategies that move the needle. Only those candidates with proven experience successfully managing six-figure+ monthly marketing campaigns and driving ROI need apply. Those with experience in a lead generation or call generation environment are strongly preferred.

The Paid Search Specialist Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will manage, strategize, analyze and optimizing high volume PPC lead generation campaigns via Google, Bing, Gemini
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and trends
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will dive deep into metrics and form actionable testing strategies based on solid data
  • Continuously optimize performance to achieve goals and pipeline demand
  • Develop robust A/B and Multivariant tests while obsessing over exceeding targets
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will craft marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and other creative assets
  • Troubleshoot/investigate tracking issues while driving efficiency and innovation in the process
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will assist in launching new products that support’s mission
  • Collaborate to develop and execute marketing strategies that help clients reach their goals
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will test new campaigns, platforms, and methods that are not yet being utilized
  • The PPC Marketing Specialist will support other paid marketing campaigns for Lead Generation, Traffic and Engagement

The Paid Search Specialist Marketing Specialist Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC/SEM campaigns via Google and Bing
  • 2+ years managing other paid marketing channels, such as Social, Native, Programmatic, etc
  • Proven ability to manage and achieve targets on PPC campaigns from end-to-end
  • Experience with forecasting, pacing and managing sixfigure+ monthly budgets
  • Ability to both ideate on revenue-generating opportunities as well as execute seamlessly
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
  • Impeccably high standards and work ethic
  • Deeply analytical
  • Solid foundation of direct marketing principles and ability to translate into marketing messages
  • Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the company’s and team’s goals.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics

The Paid Search Specialist Marketing Specialist Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with 3rd party SEM management software and Analytics Tools
  • Hands-on experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
  • Understanding of multichannel/omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Experienced using WordPress, A/B Testing Tools, and Landing Page builders
  • Experience writing ad copy and marketing collateral (creatives, landing pages, paid campaigns)
